Easy Returns
We hope you love what you've ordered, but if something isn't quite right, you have the option to return it. Whether it’s not the perfect fit or not exactly what you had in mind, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned clean and unworn, with all original tags attached.
- Goods must be sent back within 14 days from the date you receive them.
How to Return:
- Package your items securely.
- Send them back to us to our atelier at Viru 3-5, 10140, Tallinn, Estonia. Please include the phone number +372 56 601 838 for the courier's use.
- Make sure to use a trackable shipping service—we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days. The money will be refunded to the original method of payment. You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
